About DBT
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) teaches you concrete skills to manage intense emotions rather than going to self-destructive, impulsive, or avoidant behaviors to cope. You can experience great relief in the process of learning to manage your mood and emotions rather than allowing your emotions to control you.

DBT Group & Individual Therapy
Dialectical Behavior Therapy is designed for clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, Bipolar Disorder, substance abuse, eating disorders, relationship issues, emotion dysregulation, and other addictive or impulsive behaviors. DBT is proven to be most effective with both individual therapy and group therapy. The group focuses on teaching clients coping skills and individual therapy is used to process issues at a deeper level in order to gain skill application.
